Hello! My name is Molly Fickes, and I am a choreographer, dance instructor, and performer based in Denver, Colorado. My most recent choreography credits include High School Musical Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., and two consecutive renditions of Frozen Jr. This fall, I will be teaching a workshop for grades 6-12 called “Choreography Lab” and will be choreographing Elf Jr. with elementary and middle schoolers over the holidays!

I grew up dancing and performing all around Colorado and always knew that I wanted my career to involve theater and dance in some way. As I explored all aspects of the theater world, I found my true calling in creating choreography, witnessing it come to life, and guiding aspiring performers. Working closely with children and teenagers is particularly fulfilling for me because I have the privilege of seeing my students grow up. I know my job extends far beyond dance steps, and being a mentor and supporter is something I find great joy and purpose in.
